Wellington Lakes is a sought after residential community in South Fort Myers, just a few miles west from I-75 and the Southwest Florida International Airport. Flights arrive at this airport from most major US cities, enabling easy access from Europe by airlines using a US hub. Fort Myers is a 2½ hour drive from Miami and similar driving times from Orlando and Tampa.
The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room, and a fully fitted kitchen and utility room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. It is also fitted with ‘his’ and ‘hers’ vanity unit. This bedroom has access to the pool deck through large sliding doors. |

The double ‘Queen’ bedroom and the twin room occupy the other side of the house and share the second bathroom which has access to the pool deck. All the bedrooms have ample built in closets and all linen and towels, including pool and beach, are included.
The kitchen/breakfast room is fully fitted with all the essentials including microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also located in this family kitchen is the dining area with seating for six. The utility room is well equipped with large capacity washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board.
The family room, which has full access to the pool deck, is fitted with cable TV and DVD player together with a small library, some board games and a small collection of DVD’s.
The pool area, which overlooks the lake, again has table and seating for up to six people as well as the sun beds for relaxation. This area is fully screened, the pool is heated by solar power and maintained to a high standard. |
