The minimum booking period for Barrington Villa is seven nights.

• The rate for 7 nights is $750.
• The rate for 28 nights is $2500.
• The rate for bookings longer than 28 nights can be negotiated. Contact us for further information.

Booking terms:

There is a one-off cleaning charge made for the clean at the end of the rental period.
A deposit of $255 is required when the booking i confirmed (10% of total for bookings of more than 14 nights). with the balance required 12 weeks before the date of arrival.
