Welcome to our Deluxe villa in the quiet Wellington Lakes Community.

Wellington Lakes is a peaceful residential community located in South Fort Myers close to the beautiful beaches Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The community is only a short drive from the shops and restaurants, of which there are plenty in this part of Fort Myers.

The villa has three bedrooms, the King sized master suite, a Queen double and a twin bedroom all with large walk in closets. It is decorated in a way to reflect Florida life and to catch the sunshine through the large doors that open fully onto the pool area.

Relax by the pool, in the screened lanai, which has a south facing aspect with guaranteed sunshine from morning till night. The house opens out onto the lake providing great views at sunset. The lake itself is home to some of Florida’s wildlife including the occasional alligator.
